Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the MojMajstor platform ("Platform"), an AC installation marketplace connecting clients with verified installers and stores in North Macedonia.

Platform Role

MojMajstor acts as a marketplace facilitator. We connect clients seeking AC installation services with independent installers and stores. We do not perform installation services ourselves and are not a party to the service agreements between clients and installers.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Bookings

Bookings made through the platform represent agreements between clients and installers. Pricing displayed on installer profiles is set by the installers themselves. MojMajstor does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing or the quality of services rendered.

Reviews

Clients may leave reviews after a completed booking. Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on actual experience. We reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

Installer & Store Obligations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date profile information
• Honor published pricing and availability
• Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
• Provide professional and safe installation services

Limitation of Liability

MojMajstor is not liable for damages arising from the services provided by installers or stores. Our liability is limited to the platform's facilitation role.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
